The kitchen runs to nine on weeknights and Sunday, and to ten on Friday and Saturday, so a late round at the state park or a movie does not cost you dinner.
Pasta made in house
Fresh pasta is rolled in our kitchen, and the dry pasta is Gragnano. Worth the seven minutes on the Turnpike by itself.
Roman-style pizza
Long and oblong rather than round, baked on a paddle and served whole on a board. Half the table can order pasta and the other half pizza, and nobody compromises.
Three private rooms
A birthday, a shower or a team dinner books a room of its own rather than a corner of ours.

How far is Casa Stellina from Bethpage?
About two and a half miles: five to seven minutes east on Hempstead Turnpike, then right onto Main Street. We are three blocks south, at 300 Main Street in Farmingdale.
How long is the drive from Bethpage State Park?
Around ten minutes. Weekend afternoons on Hempstead Turnpike can stretch it a little, so leave a few minutes early if you are coming straight off the course.
Do you take walk-ins from the Bethpage area?
Bar seats are kept for walk-ins, and $10 cocktails, two-for-one house wine and a bar menu runs tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 – 6:00 PM. For a dining-room table, book a day or two ahead, because the room fills by seven on weekends.
Where do I park?
Street parking runs along Main Street, with municipal lots a short walk either side of the restaurant.
