Casa Stellina runs a small restaurant, not a data business. This page explains the limited personal information this website handles, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Inquiry and contact forms. If you write to us through this site we receive the name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to include, for example a date and guest count for a private event.
• Mailing list. If you join our list we store your email address and the page you signed up from.
• Reservations. Table bookings are handled by OpenTable on their own systems, under their privacy policy. We do not receive anything beyond the booking itself.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
• We do not store payment card details on any system we control.

How we use it

To reply to you, to plan an event you have asked us about, and, if you have opted in, to send occasional news about seasonal menus and availability. Nothing else. Every mailing carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while they are useful for looking after you as a guest, and mailing-list entries until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete anything we hold at any time.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. Between them they record which pages people read, and whether someone who arrived from one of our ads went on to book a table or send an inquiry. Both set cookies in your browser, and both send that activity to Google, whose own policies govern it from that point on.

We use it to understand what people come here looking for, and to judge whether our advertising is worth running. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell or share what it collects with anyone else.

If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes abrowser opt-out add-on, and blocking cookies in your browser settings stops it as well.

Cookies

This site sets analytics and advertising cookies, described above. Embedded services you choose to use (the OpenTable booking flow) may set their own cookies once you reach them, governed by their policies rather than ours.

Your choices

Write to info@casastellinany.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on the request rather than argue about it.
